* Referrals
A lot of discounted or free of charge services come from someone who knows someone. Sometimes we know of a person or band that will play music either discounted or free of charge, or someone who can help with discounted banners/ signs, decoration/prop loaners for the evening, etc. Any kind of referral that would help with this event would be wonderful!!

* Donations
Although the committee is constantly soliciting for donated goods and services, many of our donations come from family and friends. If you have anything that you are willing to donate or if you have a friend or colleague that is able to help in the way of donated goods or services, we would welcome the help. All items need to be new, but keep in mind that nothing is too small. We have members of our committee that do a great job taking many small items and turning them into themed gift baskets or offerings. Personal services are also welcomed. Last year our community had a parent that donated a Dessert of the Month offering; she baked a scrumptious dessert each month and delivered it to the school for pick-up. Personal touches, like these, are usually a big hit!

Many people work for companies that would be willing to sponsor our event; sometimes all it takes is a moment to ask. We even have affordable sponsorship opportunities for individuals. We also welcome your help with passing our donation solicitation letters when you frequent local businesses and retailers; remember to bring a copy along next time you get your haircut, go to the dentist, or gym for a workout.
